Emergency Medical/Dental: Provides benefits for emergency expenses you incur during the coverage period. Services must be provided by a licensed provider and must take place during the trip. A $50 deductible applies to outpatient care.

Medical Transportation: Pays for emergency medical transportation services, authorized in advance by the Access America hotline center and medically required as a result of an injury or illness which occurs during the coverage period to have you moved to the nearest appropriate facility. Trip Inconvenience: Pays $100 per person for covered reasons such as losing your passport, checked sports equipment being delayed by the common carrier or admission to a hospital.

Baggage Coverage: Provides benefits for loss, damage or theft of baggage and personal effects provided you have taken all reasonable measures to protect, save and/or recover your property. Coverage is secondary to coverage provided by a common carrier.

Baggage Delay: Covers the reasonable additional purchase of essential items if your baggage is delayed or misdirected by a common carrier for 24 hours or more. Receipts for emergency purchases are required.

Travel Delay: Offers reimbursement of up to $500 to cover accommodation and travel expenses due to a delay of at least 6 hours. Covered reasons for travel delay include carrier caused delays (including bad weather) and unannounced strikes. Payments may not exceed $150 per person per day.

Missed Connection: Provides reimbursement of up to $500 to cover certain expenses caused by a covered delay that force you to miss your scheduled flight or cruise. In order to receive benefits the delay must have been caused by a traffic accident en route to a departure or bad weather that affected your ability to reach the airport, assuming you were scheduled to arrive 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Coverage is also provided if your regularly scheduled airline flight is cancelled or delayed by at least 3 hours due to bad weather and this forces you to miss your cruise or trip.

Pre-existing Conditions Exclusion and Waiver
Pre-existing conditions are injury occurring prior to and including the effective date of this insurance and illness occurring during the 120 days prior to and including the effective date of this insurance for which treatement by a licensed physician has been sought or advised of for which symptoms exist which would cause a prudent person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment. We cannot reimburse for losses due to Pre-existing conditions unless you purchase enough insurance to cover the full cost of the trip arrangements within 14 days of paying your initial trip payment, are medically stable at the time of purchase and have not filed a claim for trip cancellation due to a pre-existing illness within 120 days of the effective date of this insurance.
Pre-existing conditions exclusive waiver must be purchased within 14 days of paying final payment.

If you are not completely satisfied within 10days of purchasing this program this program, Access America will process a full refund of premium to you so long as you have not already departed on your trip of filed a claim.
